Wavy Leaf Ligustrum (Recurvifolium)

Upright growing to 10', with rounded leaves that have a wavy margin and a unique twist at their tips. Not as broad as tall, with a spread of about 5-6 feet. Small white flowers appear in May. Blue-black berries form in September and October and continues through the winter. Birds do not seem to be interested in these berries. A very fast growing shrub. An excellent choice for a specimen plant. * Deer Resistant * Photos courtesy of Lake Tree Growers in Whigham, GA. and Toms Creek Nursery in Denton, NC Ornamental Characteristics Category Flowering Shrub Environmental Characteristics
